JSC Kazakhtelecom is committed to providing equal access to telecommunications services for all customer groups, including persons with disabilities, elderly customers and other socially vulnerable groups. The Company continuously enhances the accessibility of its customer services, expands social support initiatives and improves service quality with due consideration of the diverse needs of its customers.
To improve access to telecommunications services for socially vulnerable groups, the Company offers a Social Preferential Tariff Plan, which includes fixed broadband Internet access, local fixed-line telephone services, unlimited nationwide calls from fixed-line telephones to fixed-line numbers within Kazakhstan, and 1,000 minutes of calls to Altel and Tele2 mobile networks.
To ensure convenient and barrier-free access to customer services for persons with disabilities and elderly customers, Kazakhtelecom has implemented accessibility measures across its Customer Service Centres and Sales Offices. In particular, customer service facilities are equipped with wheelchair ramps to provide safe and convenient access for people with reduced mobility.
